Dinawan island is a private island located south of Kota Kinabalu. It’s about 30 minutes away by speedboat from Kota Kinabalu town center.

Dinawan island offers a splendid tropical rain forests surrounding by the sea. Visitors will be able to catch a glimpse of hornbill and other birds flying across the forest. The crystal clear water is also suitable for snorkeling to experience the marine ecosystem.

There’s trails around the island for visitor to experience a nature forest walk. Visitors can also experience the unique ’semi-submarine’ to see the undersea landscape and enjoy the marvelous marine ecology.
